Anyone who watched the Grammy awards this past week will understand this. I did not watch the whole show but I did catch the some of the commentary. To get the backstory, my husband and I had a "tube" tv in our bedroom that, after 11 years, crapped out. We went to get a new tv and found that the only ones they have are the flat, lcd tvs.
So, here I am watching the guide channel looking for something to watch and they are replaying the commentary. I was appalled! Lisa Rinna, whom I have always just loved, looked AWEFUL. I think she is amazing, however, I wish she hadn't done the facelift/botox/juvederm thing. She couldn't even smile her lips were SOO full, her face was too tight. And on High Def....well....I even tried adjusting the screen, it didn't help.
I really think Hollywood is in for a rude awakening. All you hear is how you have to have botox, etc in order to keep working. The problem is that with these high def TV's and digital broadcasts, the people look horrible when they have had too much done.
Botox might be nice, but overdone, it really just doesn't work!
